Put it away…right away. After using an item, put it back where it belongs.
Create a to do list for each day. Put that list in your sight and check off each item as you complete it.
Focus on the 3 most important tasks within each day.
Take control of your time and priorities to avoid wasted time and maintain greater productivity.
De clutter your space. A neat and tidy closet, kitchen, bathroom or any place in your home will decrease anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue.
Use a paper calendar or erasable white board to map out your days, weeks and months. Having an overview of your schedule is helpful when making decisions about how you will manage your time and commitments.
